| Abstract: | This paper discusses the necessity of the teaching management refonnation in universities. And it reasons that the teaching management reformation should be guided by the modern educational thought. On basis of the review of the achievements about the teaching management reformation in our institute, the paper puts forward the objectives and main steps of the management reformation in the near future in our institute. |
