传统道德的兴衰与现代职业道德建设

中国古代社会是一个道德至上的社会,为加强道德的力量,道德曾与政治联姻。道德被政治化,政治被道德化。道德承担了过多的责任而成为是非善恶的最高原则,在成为中华民族的精神支柱的同时也弱化了法律的力量,具有了一种霸气。随着社会结构与生活方式的变化,传统道德的不足之处开始显现。在市场经济时代,最为急迫的应该是建立职业道德。

The Potencies and Impotencies of the Traditional Virtues Vs the Establishment of Modern Professional Virtues

Ancient China was a virtue-dominated country.Virtue was integrated with politics in order to strengthen its power,and virtue was characterized by politics and vice versa.Virtue was labeled with such great responsibilities that it was revealed as the ultimate measure for good and evil while virtue was regarded as the backbone of Chinese spirits.It weakened the power of the law,resulting in a kind of hegemony.With the innovation of social structure and human life style,the weakness of traditional virtue has gradually come into sight.Now it is essential and urgent to establish professional virtues during the era of market economy.
