政府财政投入对农业生产增长影响的实证分析

政府财政对农业的投入不足是导致农业生产发展缓慢、城乡差距不断拉大的重要原因。本文通过对政府农业投入的规模、结构和农业生产增长关系的实证分析,发现政府的农业投入规模对农业生产增长有极强的正相关性,而且不同的投资结构所产生的边际产量不同。根据边际收益等于边际成本的原则,可以得出财政各投入部分的优先顺序及重点投入领域。应优化财政投资结构,促进农业生产的增长。

An Empirical Analysis of the Influence of the Government Input on the Growth of Agricultural Production

Insufficient government input is an important factor for the slow growth of agricultural production and the increasingly larger gap between the city and the country side.Through an analysis of the scale and structure of government input and the growth of agriculture production,this paper suggests that the two are positively correlated,and that different input structures result in different marginal outputs.As marginal benefit equals marginal cost,the priority and key section for financial input can be decided.The financial input structure should be optimized to promote the agricultural growth.
