| 摘 要： | 综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对湖南省高师体育教育专业女生就业环节进行系统分析,提出了如下对策:树立正确的就业观,积极面对激烈的就业竞争;不断完善自身素质,充实择业理想“资本”;充分发挥主体作用,多渠道获取就业信息。

| Abstract: | Using such approaches as documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics,the employment link about the female students of physical education in Normal University of Hunan Province is analysed synthetically.It gave the following advice: setting up the correct views of the employment,and facing the furious context actively,continously perfecting one's personality and enriching the capital of getting a job,fully obveloping the action of the object and obtaining the messages by wide channels. |
