| 摘 要： | 西部贫困地区是中国农村贫困地区反贫战略的重点和难点地区。深入研究西部反贫困,将进一步丰富发展经济学、区域经济学等学科,更深刻地认识反贫困的规律,从而更有效地指导反贫困的实践。西部“教育反贫困”战略模式的主要内容包括:“教育反贫困”战略的指导思想、奋斗目标、阶段、重点和难点、措施。

| Abstract: | Poor area in western China is the key and difficult area of practicing Anti-poverty strategy in poor area of countries in China.Studying Anti-poverty in western area will further richen such subjects as developing economics and district economics etc.,make people deeply understand the law of Anti-strategy,guide the practice of Anti-poverty effectively.The strategy model of "Anti-poverty through education" in western area mainly contains: the guiding ideology of "Anti-poverty through education" strategy,the objective of a struggle,stage,the corn and the difficulty,the measures. |
