| 摘 要： | 法官当庭认证是法官当庭认证案件事实的一种诉讼活动。法官当庭认证的前提是当事人当庭举证和质证。举证和质证应按照法律规定的程序进行 ,并由法官运用证据规则对证据作出正确认证。要做好这一工作 ,就要全面提高法官的综合素质 ,规范出示证据的行为 ,以保证认证的正确性

| Abstract: | Judicial proof authentication at court is a litigation procedure during which judges attest the truth of the case at court. The litigantcs put to the proof and inquire about the proof at court, which serves as the premise of the authentication. When putting to the proof and inquiring about the proof, the litigant should follow the legal procedure, and judges must authenticate the evidence by the rule of evidence presentation. It is necessary to improve the comprehensive capability of judges and standardize the presentation of evidence in order to make sure of the truthfulness of the proof authentication. |
