| 摘 要： | 在现代经济发展中，基于信息技术大规模应用的信息化，正在成为企业竞争力的重要源泉。处于发展初级阶段的我国工业企业信息化，还面临许多问题。旨在进一步推进企业信息技术应用水平和提高企业竞争力的工业企业信息化策略，应该需要注意宏观信息化环境、政策与企业自我发展需求之间的平衡。

| Abstract: | In modern economic growth, informationization based on the major deployment of information technology is becoming an important source of enterprises＇ competitiveness. Our industrial enterprises informationization is still in its initial stage and faced with many problems. The strategy of industrial enterprises informationization designed to promote the application of information technology and enterprises＇ competitiveness should pay more attention to maintaining the balance between macroscopic information environment, policies and enterprises＇ self-development. |
