| 摘 要： | 人才培养尤其是创新人才培养是我国高等教育的首要任务。高等院校实施学分制是培养创新人才的有效途径。但目前我国高等院校在实施学分制过程存在着许多偏差，有违学分制实施的初衷，不利于创新人才的培养。学分制实施已有多年的历史，其本身也要不断发展。为此，要坚持并创新学分制。促进我国高等院校培养出更多的创新人才。
