| Abstract: | The administrative contract has won widespread recognition and been used extensively in modern society.However,if we study them from a broader angle,we'll find the administrative contract belongs to the public law.The contract of the public law is a large concept in contrast to the contract of the civil law.Therefore how to construct the contract of the public law has become the key to bringing into full play the actual function of the public law contract in modern society. |
