| 摘 要： | 国土资源法律评价是基于法律评价的基本原理,结合系统科学等现代科学技术手段、方法,对国土资源法律及其体系进行的法律规范评价和法律价值评价。结合中国实际,对国土资源法律评价系统的构成——国土资源法律评价的主体、客体及其内容,国土资源评价的指标体系,国土资源评价的方法,国土资源法律评价的程序设置进行了探讨。
