| 摘 要： | 解决纠纷、化解矛盾、惩罚犯罪是司法最基本的功能。提升司法公信力对于实现司法功能具有重要作用,其突破口在法律、体制和机制保障上。应当从任务分配随机化、办案过程公开化、监督环节配套化、裁判文书精致化、法官队伍现代化和裁判执行有效化等方面加以整体配套,形成提高司法公信力的整体合力。

| Abstract: | The basic functions of administration of justice are to solve disputes,dissolve contradictions and punish crimes;and improving judicial credibility plays a vital role in realizing those functions,the breakthrough of which lies in law,system and safeguard mechanisms.Therefore,to improve the judicial credibility we need to perfect it from some aspects,such as allocating tasks with randomization,making the procedure public,forming a complete set for supervision,making judicial adjudicative documents perfect,modernizing judges' qualities and validating execution of judgments. |
