自媒体视域下网络舆情现状及引导路径研究——以江苏省2012年网络舆情调研数据为例

Current situation and guiding approach of Internet public opinions in the context of We Media:based on the Internet public opinions survey of Jiangsu Province in 2012

We Media with the unique advantages of portability, privacy, intelligence, and interactivity has attracted more and more users. This paper, based on the Internet public opinions survey of Jiangsu Province in 2012, suggests the following recommendations concerning Internet public opinion guiding approach in the context of the rapidly developing We Media: improving the legal system of the Internet management; fully implementing the government Internet spokesman system; building new Internet gatekeeper mechanism; establishing an Internet public opinion monitoring and co processing mechanism; giving full play to the function of "opinion leaders"; and taking initiative to set agenda to effectively guide Internet public opinions.
