| 摘 要： | 《担保法》对抵押权作了若干新规定,是我国抵押权制度的新发展,但是仍存在不足。本文试从《担保法》对抵押权制度的发展入手,同时指出其存在的不足之处,借鉴国外的经验对其加以完善。
