| 摘 要： | 近年来，中俄双边经贸关系发展十分迅速，建立中俄双边FTA从一定意义上来看已经具备了可行性，但是中俄建立FTA还受诸多因素的制约，因此，中俄双方应尽快达成建立中俄FTA的基本共识，并且拟定基本框架；科学把握中俄FTA的谈判原则；加快建立中俄边境经贸合作区的进程；循序渐进地安排中俄FTA的步骤与模式。

| Abstract: | It is clear that practical FTA between China and Russia would be carried out with the rapid de- velopment of trade relations in recent years.Both parts should make efforts to reach common understand- ings and work out fundamental trading patterns.Besides,China must be well prepared for the scientific negotiation principles and speed up the establishment of cooperative zones along the borders. |
