| 摘 要： | 研究了数字运动图像清晰度及其测试方法；在极坐标系上建立了数字运动图像清晰度测试序列的数学模型，设计并用计算机生成了不同转速图像各向清晰度测试图序列；定量测试并对比了静止、运动图像的清晰度；实验研究了不同编码参数下MPEG-2数字图像系统重建的运动图像清晰度。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the digital moving picture definition and the method of test. The test pattern sequences of different rotate speeds are designed and created to measure the picture definition in all directions. The definition of static and moving pictures are measured and compared quantificationally. The definition of digital TV system using different code parameters of MPEG-2 is also given in this paper. |
