| 摘 要： | 可持续水资源管理是实现水资源可持续开发利用的重要保证。文章在分析可持续水资源管理的概念、原则 与实现途径的基础上,着重从机构体系、法律体系、投融资制度和信息管理等四个方面,深入探讨了如何提高塔里 木河流域可持续水资源管理的能力。
