中国城乡居民收入分配差距状况的实证分析

本文运用基尼系数、收入均等指数和库兹涅茨比率以及阿鲁瓦利亚指数和不良指数等,对我国当前城镇、农村及城乡居民的收入分配差距状况及成因进行实证分析。结论表明,我国目前城镇居民收入差距已超过国际公认的警戒线、农村居民收入差距也不容乐观、城乡间差距更大。最后,并就我国应如何进行收入分配制度改革,规范收入分配秩序提出政策建议。

An Authentic Analysis of Income Distribution Gap Between Chinese Residents in Urban and Rural Areas

By utilizing different ways of index analyzing,the article makes a positive analysis on the present situations and causes of the income distribution gap between Chinese residents in cities,towns and villages.It is concluded that the present income gap between Chinese urban and rural residents has already surpassed the accepted international security line,and that the income disparity among rural residents is not optimistic,with the gap between the urban and the rural increased.Finally,the article puts forward policy advice on how to reform the income distribution system and regulate the income distribution order.
