论江泽民关于“三农”问题的指导思想

"三农"问题是指农业、农村、农民问题,它是我国原有的体制积淀与新体制存在的矛盾短期难以消除的表现。面对日益严重的"三农"问题,江泽民从国家的发展和社会稳定的大局出发,根据当时国家发展的实际状况,切实维护农民利益,为"三农"问题的缓解寻找突破口,逐步提出了许多富有成效的包括重视农业的基础地位、农村经营体制再创新、推进农村小城镇建设和加大对农业的支持保护力度等指导性思想。在改革开放30年之际,深入研究江泽民的"三农"问题指导思想具有重要的理论和现实意义。

On Jiang Ze-min's Guiding Thoughts on "Sannong" Problems

"Sannong"problems are refered to the problems of agriculture,countryside and peasants.It embodies that the contradiction which exists in the accumulation of Chinese original system and the new system could not be eliminated easily in short-term.Confronting with the increasing serious "sannong"problems,Jiang Ze-min started from the general situation of the national development and the social stability,and protected the peasants' benefits practically according to the actual conditions of national development at that time.In order to seek for the breakthrough of alleviating "sannong "problems,Jiang Ze-min proposed many effective guiding thoughts gradually such as thinking highly of the basic status of agriculture,re-innovation of the countryside management system,impetusing to the construction of rural township and strengthening the protective degree to support agriculture,etc.To study Jiang Ze-min's guiding thoughts on "sannong" problems has important theoretical and practical significance when the 30th anniversary of reform and opening-up is coming.
