| 摘 要： | 本文详细介绍了当今世界信息电子技术发展的现状与趋势，阐述了我国信息电子产业的概况，指出未来的十年是微电子产业发展的关键，也是软件产业与通讯因特网技术迅猛发展的时期。培养和造就数十万我国新一代优秀的软件技术人才、信息电子技术专业人才是提高我国信息科技产业竞争力的根本所在，也是教育的根本所在。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the existing state and the developing trend of information and electronic technologies both in the world and in China. It predicts that the future decade will be a crucial period for the development of microelectronics and software industries and also for telecommunication and Internet technologies. The enhancing of China's competitiveness in IT fields hinges on the cultivation and training of several hundred thousand outstanding software technicians and IT/electronic specialists, and this is exactly the task that awaits the related educational departments. |
