Abstract:An organizational learning is that the organization obtains various kinds of knowledge constantly, transmits this knowledge within the organization and creates the new knowledge in order to increase its own strength through all ways and methods. Learning is an essential prerequisite and basis for survival and development of the organization. Only the of organization learning type can survive better and fit in with the social development evolution.
