比较文学研究的现状和前瞻

中国比较文学具有自身特殊的性质,一开始就是以跨文化为其特点的,阐发研究在其中占有很重要的地位.无论是20世纪初期西方小说的翻译和研究,还是汇通古今中西的文化巨匠王国维和鲁迅,都充分说明中国比较文学的产生不是舶来之物,而是中国文学发展本身的要求.当前,面临世界的大变局,中西方学者密切关注文化的自觉和多元共处共生的全球化发展等问题,提倡加强不同文化之间的对话.百年来中国文学在古今中外文化的激烈碰撞冲不断演进,以跨文化文学研究为主轴的比较文学精神必将为中国文学研究带来崭新的格局.

Status Quo and the Future of Comparative Literature

The paper holds that the comparative literary study in China is characterized with a croes-cultural perspective and an interpretative methodology,and comparative literary study in itself is not an import from the West but a domestic product,which can be evidenced by the practices of China's pioneering scholar-writers such as Wang Guowei and Lu Xun.With the great changes currently taking place world-wide,scholars,both Chinese and Western, are faced with new demands to understand cultural self-awareness and plurality that comes with globalization,and cross-cultural dialogues.
