| 摘 要： | 灯盏花是云南省特色中草药之一,有重要的药用价值,并为地方经济做出了重要贡献.本文采用回流提取法制备灯盏花乙素提取液,优化了影响分离提纯的因素,并结合高效液相色谱建立了灯盏花乙素的定量分析方法,线性范围0.10-500 mg/L,检出限为7.0μg/L,灯盏花全株样品中灯盏花乙素含量为1.0%,相对标准偏差RSD为3.0%（n=5）,该方法操作简便、快速、稳定.

| Abstract: | Erigeron Breviscapus is one of the Yunnan characteristic traditional Chinese herbal medicines.It has important medicinal value and has made an important contribution to the local economy.In this paper,the extraction of scutellarin from Erigeron Breviscapus was carried out by refluxing method.The factors of purification were optimized.The method of detection scutellarin was established by high performance liquid chromatography.The linear range was 0.10-500 mg/L and the detection limit was 7.0 μg/L.The concentration of scutellarin in whole-plant sample of erigeron breviscapus was 1.0% with the relative standard deviation of 3.0%(n=5).The method was easy to operate,fast and stable. |
