| 摘 要： | 本文分析了国民经济三次产业的发展情况、信息技术的发展情况和信息技术对产业结构、社会经济结构的重大影响,指出了信息时代我国经济面临的严峻挑战和机遇,提出了加快我国国民经济信息化的发展思路,以信息化带动工业化,促进我国产业结构的调整和传统产业的改造.

| Abstract: | Having analyzed the development of three main industries in national economy and information technology, as well as IT' s significant influences on industrial structure and national economic structure, the paper makes clear of the serious challenges and opportunities that Chines economy faces in information era and proposes a new thought on accelerating the process to an information-based economy, that is, using information technologh to push industrialization forward to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation of traditional industries. |
