| 摘 要： | 20世纪30年代的美国中立法和40年代的租借法是美国的战时外交政策,同时也是关国的战时军火贸易政策.在中立法和租借法的政策框架下,美国的战时军火贸易取得了巨大的成功,美国逐渐发展成为全球军火生产和军火贸易的头号大国.

| Abstract: | The Neutrality Laws and the Lend-Lease Act were American foreign policies as well as American arms trade policies during the Second World War. Under the skeleton of the Neutrality Laws and the Lend-Lease Act, American made a great success on arms trade. From then on, America has become the world's largest country at arms production and arms trade. |
