| 摘 要： | 文章简要阐述了米兰达规则和沉默权的含义,对现有以口供为中心的侦查模式提出了质疑,对我国实施沉默权制度后将对刑事侦查带来的冲击作了展望,并对一些现实问题和沉默权在我国法律中的体现进行了必要的阐述。
