财政支出对新疆宏观经济影响的实证分析

文章主要研究新疆财政支出对新疆宏观经济的影响,并初步研究了财政支出的影响因素。主要结论是:新疆的财政支出对经济的促进在短期内是有效的,而从长期看则有效性是不足的;新疆的财政支出与国际贸易的负相关将长期存在;财政支出的作用更倾向于使居民增加消费、减少储蓄。

How Xinjiang Government Expenditure Affects the Macro Economy

This paper studies how Xinjiang government expenditure affects the macro-economy, and tests which economic variables affects the government expenditure. The author finds that government expenditure is not effective in the long term and has negative relationship with international trade; meanwhile, the residents will prefer to increase consumption under increasing of government expenditure.
