| 摘 要： | 在新闻实践中 ,往往会出现某些新闻工作者随着参加工作时间的增加而新闻敏感性却反而逐步钝化的现象。这主要是由于其职业新鲜感的逐步丧失、新闻写作创新感的消失和敬业精神的逐步衰退造成的。要解决这一问题 ,就要求新闻工作者以更加理性的态度对待自己的工作 ,要有勇于创新的精神 ,牢固树立新闻工作者神圣的使命感

| Abstract: | In journalism practice activity, the phenomena of News sensitivity passivation sometimes appear as pressman take the practice for a long time. The main reasons are:the freshness of the occupation has lost, news writing innovation feeling fades away and the love for their own work gradually declines.To solve this problem, pressman should work rationaly, have aspiration for innoration in the work, build up grand feelings for their responsibility. |
