| Abstract: | The unclear rules on the substitute countries in the anti dumping legislations of EU and the specific conditions of EU in choosing substitute countries in the anti dumping cases against China arouse many problems, such as choosing the substitute countries at will and some other unfair problems. So this essay puts forward the respondent strategies such as choosing the most domestic substitutable enterprises in advance and so on. |
