差异趋同：生态哲学视域下的中国新农村建设模式

当今时代正处于从反思和超越现代工业文明、走向生态文明形态的历史新时期，这应该成为中国社会主义新农村建设的深层价值参照和理论依据。中国社会主义新农村建设，应在尊重历史文化传统、创造生态文明形态的过程中，扬弃消极差异，保留和发展积极差异，增强农民的文化自觉，依托农村潜在的自然资源和生态优势，发展生态经济，逐步提升农村文化的社会定位，全面提高农民的生活质量，构建中国的和谐社会。中国新农村建设道路或模式的选择，适于采取不同于过去那种“一刀切”、抹煞一切差别的“差异趋同”模式。

Assimilating Difference: New Rural Construction Mode under the Perspective of Ecological Philosophy

We are in a historical period of reflecting and surpassing modern industrial civilization and moving toward ecological civilization,which should be the value reference and theoretical foundation for new socialist rural construction.In such a construction,we should respect our cultural tradition,create ecological civilization,rid the negative differences,maintain and develop the positive differences,enhance the peasants' cultural consciousness,develop eco-economy,gradually upgrade the position of rural culture,improve the living standard of the peasants,and construct a harmonious society.We should choose a mode of assimilating differences different from the past mode which did not take reality into practice.
