云南省情认识新论

作者在对传统云南省情认识论进行回顾与分析的基础上，从可持续发展视角提出了新的云南省情认识论。作者认为，生态环境多样性、生物多样性、民族文化多样性是云南省情的三大基本特点，在长期的历史发展过程中，云南各民族为适应多样化的生态环境和开发利用多样化的生物资源以求得生存与发展，创造了与生态环境多样性和生物多样性相互适应的民族文化多样性，形成并长期保持了三多一体、良性互动、高度融合的格局，可抽象并形式化为“三多一体”互动模型。在这个模型中，最晚形成的民族文化多样性处于核心位置，对于三者能否良性互动发挥着关键作用。在21世纪西部大开发和全面建设小康社会的进程中，只要云南坚定不移地实施可持续发展战略，长期保持并不断优化“三多一体”良性互动格局，云南就一定能率先实现可持续发展，成为全国可持续发展的示范区。

A New Cognition on Provincial Conditions of Yunnan

:Based on retrospection and analysis on traditional cognition of provincial conditions of Yunnan, the author presents a new cognition on the conditions from the angle of sustainable development. The author opines that the multiformity of ecological environment, the multiformity of organisms and multiformity of ethnic cultures are three basic features of Yunnan's conditions. In the long course of development in the history, all peoples in Yunnan has formed and maintained the pattern of incorporating the three multiformities as one body, well interacting and highly amalgamating. The pattern can be abstracted as interacting model of trinity of multiformity in which multiformity of ethnic cultures plays a key role and occupied a central position. The author believes that if the pattern can be maintained and optimized for long time, Yunnan will take the lead in realizing sustainable development and become an example for national sustainable development.
