| 摘 要： | 高等教育结构优化是保障高等教育大众化质量的深层次问题。二战前后至 2 0世纪 90年代 ,主要工业化国家由精英高等教育向大众化高等教育转变并先后进入高等教育大众化发展阶段。在此期间 ,其高等教育在数量扩大的同时亦进行着高等教育结构的调整和改革 ,其基本做法对 2 1世纪初中国高等教育大众化有重要借鉴意义

| Abstract: | Structural optimization of higher education is the core to ensure the higher education massification. From the Second World War to 1990's, the developed countries stepped into the stage of higher education massification one after anonther. With the quantity of higher education increasing, the structure of higher education was adjusted. Today it is useful to refer to the experience of structural optimization of higher education in these countries as China is striding into the period of higher education massification. |
