| 摘 要： | 如何满足不同层次城镇居民特别是低收入者的住房需求是一个重大的社会问题。贵州住房分配货币化改革正是对这一问题的初步探讨,贵州省住房分配货币化改革方案的实施带来的"边际效益"折射出西部欠发达地区如何建立住房新体制,满足人们的住房需求的新思路。

| Abstract: | How to meet the need of urban residents at different levels, especially those with low income, is an important social problem, which is probed into by the monetization reform of distributing dwelling houses in Guizhou province. "The Marginal Benefits", brought by the implementation of the scheme of distributing dwelling houses through monetization, reflects the new thoughts on how to establish new systems in constructing dwelling houses and satisfy the need of residents in western underdeveloped regions. |
