基于大学生能力和意识同步发展的生涯辅导策略研究

当前大学教育的目的已经不是单纯的传授专业知识，转向了培养人格品质、知识能力、身体素质等各方面综合协调发展的高素质人才。大学生生涯辅导能够有效地帮助大学生在大学期间逐步发现并挖掘自己潜能，认识社会，合理规划自我成长路径，从而实现大学生自我的不断完善和成长。文章通过探索大学生的特点需求和成长过程中产生困惑的根源，并从能力和意识同步发展的角度探索有效的大学生生涯辅导策略。 

A Study on Career Guidance Strategy Based on Synchronous Development of College Students'Ability and Consciousness

The purpose of college education is not simply to teach professional knowledge,but more importantly to cultivate high-quality talents with comprehensive development in personality,knowledge and physical quality.With the help of career guidance,college students can constantly improve and develop themselves by gradually discovering and exploring their potentials, recognizing the society and planning self-growth path rationally.By exploring the requirement of college students' characteristic and the origin of growth puzzle, this thesis aims to find the effective college students' career guidance strategies from the perspective of synchronous development of ability and consciousness.
