四川军民融合产业联盟发展的探索与思考

军民融合产业联盟是促进创新要素高度聚集、贯通“军政产学研金介用”各方、衔接产业链上下游的重要形式，是当前加快推动四川军民融合产业集群升级发展的重要抓手。文章立足四川军民融合产业联盟发展成效及存在的问题，提出深化军民融合产业联盟内涵认识、强化军民融合产业联盟统筹规划、创新军民融合产业联盟供给制度等措施，以期促进军民融合产业联盟高质量发展。
