公职人员财产申报立法已被世界公认为最为有效的反腐方式, 也是法治反腐的必然要求。我们要卓有成效地实现法治反腐, 就必须尽快制定一部单行的《公职人员财产申报法》, 明确规定负有财产申报义务的公职人员的范围、申报的财产范围、申报审核程序及不依法申报应负的法律后果等基本内容, 并完善金融证券实名制、不动产登记制度等相关制度。
