| 摘 要： | 城市房地产业的健康发展对城市经济振兴起着十分重要的作用,在制定和贯彻城市经济和社会发展规划中,要深刻理解科学发展观的丰富内涵和精神实质,以“以人为本、全面、协调、可持续的发展观”统领城市房地产业。节约用地,搞好规划,妥善经营,保护环境,节约资源,依法执政,实现城市的振兴和发展。

| Abstract: | The healthy development of the city real estate industry has played a very important role in promoting the urban economy.When formulating and implementing the plan of the urban economic and social development,we should profoundly understand the rich connotation and the spiritual essence of the scientific development view and explore a scientific road to develop the city real estate industry,that is,being humane,comprehensive,coordinative,and sustainable.So it is necessary to save on land,plan scientifically,manage properly,protect environment,save on resources,execute powers according to law so that we can realize the vitalization and development of the city. |
