关联理论视野中谈判的文化差异

摘    要:谈判以协调各方的利益关系为宗旨。异质文化背景下,谈判双方的言行要彼此调适,以尽量减少不同文化特点所带来的摩擦。谈判具有与日俱增的研究价值,我们应在关联理论框架下,结合决策软件的研发,加强对谈判的研究,以便让谈判在现代化进程中发挥应有的作用。

Abstract:Negotiations aim to coordinate the interests of all parties.Under different cultural backgrounds,both negotiating parties should adjust their words and deeds for each other in order to minimize friction brought about by the different cultural characteristics.There are increasing research values in negotiations.We should strengthen the study on the negotiations in the framework of Relevance Theory,together with the research and development of decision-making software,so that negotiations are to play its due role in the process of modernization.
