| 摘 要： | 在日益激烈的社会竟争中,团队合作能力成为大学生必须具备的能力,加强大学生＂团队合作＂教育具有重要的现实意义,高校应该采取有力措施,从教学管理、课程设置、校园文化等各个方面着手,全方面培养大学生的团队合作能力,培养适应现代社会经济发展的高素质综合型人才。

| Abstract: | College students must be capable of cooperative competence in the current social competition and hence the education of cooperative competence is of practical significance in college education.Therefore,colleges must take measures to enhance students＇ cooperative competence in terms of teaching administration,courses and campus culture and train comprehensive talents to meet the requirements of modern social development. |
