| Abstract: | Starting from the basic concepts of corporate governance and its concrete applications in the commercial banks,the paper analyzes its internal corporate governance from the aspects of the ownership structure,board of supervisors,incentives and information disclosure mechanisms,points out the problems in the city commercial banks in corporate governance,and proposes the countermeasures to improve the corporate governance of China＇s city commercial banks. |
