基于鉴赏角度的中国古诗词英译方法浅析

中国古代诗词是中国古典文化的重要组成部分,也是中国古代文学的精髓。然而,因为中西方文化背景以及汉语与英语在发音、结构、用词等方面存在很大差异,所以,如何英译古诗一直是一个难题。在总结古诗英译的重要性及其难点的基础上,从鉴赏的角度出发,总结归纳了一些古诗词英译的基本方法,并进一步结合唐代诗歌及其名家译文加以分析说明。

A Simple Analysis of Translating the Classical Chinese poetry from the Angle of Apprehension

As a significant part of Chinese traditional culture,Classical Chinese poetry also is the essence of Chinese ancient literature.However,because of many disparities,such as differences in cultural background of Western and Chinese culture,differences in pronunciation,structure,word of English and Chinese language,it is difficult to translate Classical Chinese poetry precisely.While in this thesis,based on the importance and difficulties of translating the Classical Chinese poetry,the author summarized some elementary methods to translate Classical Chinese poetry form the angle of apprehension,and further analyzed these methods with combining some poetry in Tang Dynasty,as well as their translation written by famous translator.
