| 摘 要： | 学习型组织管理论是当今世界最先进的管理理论之一。立足于对学习型组织概念和相关理论发展的基本阐述,进一步揭示学习型组织建设对企业的作用和意义,进而结合前一时期全国推行的＂创建学习型企业实践行＂活动,就建设学习型企业所存在的问题和建设路径进行分析和讨论。
