| 摘 要： | 养老保险是为了保障劳动者退出劳动岗位后的基本生活而建立的一种社会保险制度,是社会保障制度的重要组成部分。阐述了企业养老金待遇调整的变迁,剖析了目前企业退休人员养老金调整办法中存在的问题,并分析其弊端,在此基础上,提出了完善企业退休人员基本养老金调整办法的相关建议。

| Abstract: | Endowment insurance,a social insurance system,is established to protect the basic living for the enterprise retirees.It is an important part of social security system.Elaborating the changes of enterprise pension adjustment and analyzing its present problems,the paper proposes the suggestions to perfect the basic pension adjustment for enterprise retirees. |
