系统论视角下高校人力资源管理的创新

摘    要:通过对西部部分地方高校的调研,发现其人力资源管理现状不客乐观,集中表现为人力资源管理整体性不足,层次性不强,人力资源相关部门之间分工不明、责权不清等。从系统论视角详细阐释了如何创新地方高校人力资源管理模式,强化高校人力资源管理的整体性、层次性和动态开放性。

Abstract:An investigation into the local colleges and universities in west China reveals that the human re-source management therein is far from optimistics HR management is not treated as an organic whole with-out a clear demarcation of levels and a clear division of rights and obligations. The system theory is em-ployed in this paper to clarify the ways to innovate the mode of college HR management and make it an or-ganic whole with openness and a clear demarcation of different levels.
