| 摘 要： | 推进工业结构的调整和优化升级，是实现经济发展方式转变，增强经济可持续发展能力的重要手段和途径，因此“十二五”期间，如何加快县域工业经济发展是当前亟待解决的问题。以赣榆县为例，分析赣榆工业经济发展现状与特点，提出加快优化结构推动工业发展的措施建议。

| Abstract: | The adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure are the important means to realize the transformation of economic development patterns and to strengthen economic sustainable development,so how to accelerate the county＇s industrial development is the crucial issue in the 12th Five-Year Plan period.The paper makes a case study of Ganyun＇s situation and characteristic of industrial development and proposes the measures to accelerate structural optimization so as to promote the industrial development. |
