| 摘 要： | 不同民族的谚语带有不同的民族特色。从中英文的谚语中可以发现，中西方海洋文化存在着诸多差异，同样的自然现象却带给人们不同的心理体验。究其原因，这与中西方仰赖生存的自然环境有关，与中西方对海洋的不同认识有关，也与中西方海洋文明所依附的不同文化背景有关。

| Abstract: | Proverbs are different in different nations. There are many differences between Chinese and Western ocean cultures if approached from proverbs. The same natural phenomenon may give people dif-ferent psychological experience. Such a difference can be attributed to the difference in natural environment and people＇s understandings to the ocean, and the difference in cultural background. |
