| 摘 要： | 流浪儿童问题是世界性难题,中国的流浪儿童问题的解决也到了刻不容缓的地步。以社会排斥理论为视角,结合访谈资料提取出流浪儿童面临的具有代表性的社会排斥因子,包括：家庭排斥、法律排斥、社区排斥、教育排斥、文化排斥。通过儿童流浪与社会救助问题这两个角度对五点排斥进行阐述,在此基础上,研究现今流浪儿童救助问题,并提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The problem of street children is a worldwide problem and it is of great urgency to solve the problem in China.From the perspective of social exclusion and the interviews,the paper deals with the five social exclusions of street children： family exclusion,legal exclusion,community exclusion,educational exclusion and cultural exclusion,and proposes the approach to the social assistance of street children. |
