| 摘 要： | 紧密结合连云港市海州区洪门的农村集体资金、资产、资源（以下简称＂三资＂）清产核资工作,在认真分析＂三资＂形势和资源现状的基础上,就其进行的＂三资＂清产核资全过程进行考察,立足长效管理的角度,着力于建立健全制度和强化规范监督,以及推动信息化发展,并针对清产核资的后续管理,强调以农村基层组织党风廉政建设为统领,努力做到内容公开＂三扩大＂、社会监督＂四把关＂、操作运行＂五规范＂。

| Abstract: | It studies the follow-up management of the appraisal of rural collective funds,assets,and resources in Hongmen Street of Haizhou District,Lianyungang.Based on the detailed analysis of the situation and resources,the whole process of the appraisal is checked from the point of long-term efficiency management,improved system,strengthened supervision and informational development.The paper puts emphasis on the construction of clean rural grassroots government,social inspection and standardized operation. |
