| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难已成社会瞩目的一个问题.而造成大学生就业难的因素较为复杂,既有大学生自身素质方面的原因,也有高校人才培养模式方面的影响,但作为政府,其宏观调控政策是否健全有力,也是影响大学生就业的重要因素之一.不合理的产业结构制约着大学生的就业层次和机会,不健康的就业环境影响到大学生就业的公平、公正,滞后的高等教育培养直接关乎到大学生的就业适应和档量.

| Abstract: | The employment difficulty for undergraduates has become a social concern.It is related to the student quality and our talent training mode.However,on the part of the government,the policy of macro regulation and control is also important.The unreasonable industrial structure restricts students’ employment levels and opportunities.The unhealthy employment environment contributes to the injustice in employment.The education lag is directly related to the undergraduate employment. |
