摘    要:体育教材是体育教学内容的重要依据,制约着体育教学的活动方式,影响着学生身心的发展。以体育教材演进的角度,通过调查,文献综述,归纳演绎推理等方法,分析日本的学校体育发展的规律特点,探讨了对改善我国学校体育教学质量带来的启示。

Abstract:As a basis of physical education,sports textbooks affect the means of physical education and the development of students' body and mind.Through surveys,literature review,inductive and deductive reasoning,the paper analyses the characteristics of the development of physical education in Japan and draws inspiration form its development so as to improve the quality of physical education in China.
