| 摘 要： | 在新的形势下,高校辅导员如何结合学校院的具体实际,严格把握大学生思想政治动态,努力解决学生群体最关心、最直接、最现实的问题。可以从严把入党关、参与深化教学改革、提升大学生综合素质、维护教育公平、积极推进就业工作等方面入手,培养为推动加快社会主义新时代建设贡献自己的智慧和力量,全面开创大学生工作的新局面。

| Abstract: | In the new situation college instructors must learn to face the realities in universities and colleges,enhance students＇ ideological and political education,and work to solve students＇ problems of personal interest.So they should train qualified Party members,deepen education reform,improve students＇ comprehensive qualities,ensure educational equality and enhance students＇ employment in order to create a new situation in college students＇ education. |
